NDIS pricing data methodology
VeriPlan publishes public lookup pages from a committed, human-reviewed pricing snapshot imported from published NDIS pricing documents. This page explains what is represented and what is not.

Provenance
Public pages use only sources included for public use in the committed snapshot. Document names, versions and effective periods are shown on item pages. VeriPlan does not publish raw NDIA document files from this site. For attribution, see the NDIS pricing arrangements source. That link is provenance only - not a partnership, endorsement or product navigation path.
Effective periods
Rates are grouped by effectiveFrom / effectiveTo. Invoice checks resolve the period from the service date. Public pages do not invent a period when data is missing.
Regions and modes
Where the published source lists them, National, Remote and Very Remote maximums are shown side by side. Pricing mode, unit, quote and fractional-unit flags are taken from the same published rows.
Validation and review
Imports are validated before inclusion. Source changes require human review. Pending or incomplete rows cannot create indexable support-item pages.
Known limitations
- Public pages summarise source-backed schedule data for reference; they are not a substitute for published NDIS pricing documents.
- Private knowledge embeddings and internal prompts are never exposed publicly.
- Customer invoices, participant identifiers and check payloads are never used here.
