One invoice PDF processed through the Upload, Review and Run Checks workflow counts as a single check, regardless of how many support item lines are on that invoice.

How does VeriPlan handle data privacy and invoice storage?

VeriPlan uses privacy-first defaults. Invoice PDFs are processed temporarily to extract fields and are discarded — original files are not stored. Check history and duplicate detection retain minimal non-identifying metadata such as provider business details, ABN, a hashed invoice number and NDIS support item codes.

Does VeriPlan detect fraud or guarantee NDIS compliance?

No. VeriPlan is a pre-payment checking assistant that highlights administrative issues and potential NDIS price-limit concerns before you pay. It does not determine fraud, provide legal advice or make payment decisions. A responsible human makes the final review call.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can change your plan tier or cancel from the billing dashboard. Paid plans hard-stop at the included check allowance — there is no metered overage. Annual self-service Checkout is not available yet; enquire by email for annual billing.
