1. What VeriPlan is

VeriPlan is a checking assistant for Australian NDIS plan managers. It helps you review invoices for missing details, price-guide issues, duplicate risk, and other items worth a second look before payment.

2. What VeriPlan is not

VeriPlan does not make payment decisions, provide legal, financial, or compliance advice, or determine whether fraud has occurred. It does not guarantee NDIS compliance. Every flagged invoice must be reviewed by a responsible human before any action is taken. You remain solely responsible for decisions made about invoices, including any decision to pay.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organisation accounts share check history among authorised team members on the same plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use VeriPlan only for legitimate invoice review purposes and not to upload documents you do not have the right to process.

5. Plans and billing

Free, Starter, Pro, and Team plans include monthly check allowances (5, 150, 500, and 1,500 checks respectively). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless you arrange annual billing separately. You can upgrade, manage, or cancel from your billing dashboard. Check limits reset at the start of each billing period. Marketing copy may describe overage rates; hard usage limits may still apply until metered billing is enabled.

6. Limitation of liability

VeriPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriPlan and its operators are not liable for decisions made based on its output, including payment decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VeriPlan constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
