Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VeriPlan. By using the service you agree to them.

1. What VeriPlan is

VeriPlan is a checking assistant for Australian NDIS plan managers and providers. It helps you review invoices for missing details, price-guide questions, possible duplicate risk, and other items worth a second look before payment. Outputs are review prompts for a responsible person — not payment or eligibility decisions.

2. What VeriPlan is not

VeriPlan does not make payment decisions, provide legal, financial, or compliance advice, or determine whether fraud has occurred. It does not guarantee NDIS compliance. Every flagged invoice must be reviewed by a responsible human before any action is taken. You remain solely responsible for decisions made about invoices, including any decision to pay.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organisation accounts share check history among authorised team members on the same plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use VeriPlan only for legitimate invoice review purposes and not to upload documents you do not have the right to process.

5. Plans and billing

VeriPlan offers the following monthly check allowances:

  • Free — 5 checks per month
  • Starter — 150 checks per month
  • Pro — 500 checks per month
  • Team — 1,500 checks per month

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, manage, or cancel from your billing dashboard. Annual billing may be arranged separately on request.

Check limits reset at the start of each billing period. Checks pause when the allowance is reached until the next billing period or an upgraded plan is active.

6. Limitation of liability

VeriPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriPlan and its operators are not liable for decisions made based on its output, including payment decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VeriPlan constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
