VeriPlan helps reviewers start from the same checking pattern. It flags questions; a responsible person decides whether to pay, query or escalate.

What VeriPlan does
- Extract invoice fields for human correction, with confidence where available.
- Surface missing or unclear identity, date and line-item fields.
- Compare maintainable pricing references for the selected pricing period and region.
- Show possible duplicate context from organisational history when available.
- Keep a review-friendly history of questions and outcomes where the plan allows.
What VeriPlan does not do
- Determine fraud.
- Provide legal advice.
- Guarantee NDIS compliance.
- Automatically approve or reject payments.
- Treat unavailable external data as a silent pass.
Privacy defaults
- Raw invoice PDFs are not stored by default.
- Participant identifiers are not saved by default.
- Analytics payloads must not include invoice contents or participant identifiers.
External sources
Pricing references use the committed, human-reviewed snapshot described in the pricing data methodology. Live ABN status and provider-registration checks require approved source integrations, caching, outage handling and source-date display before they can be treated as product checks. Until then, missing identity fields are flagged for human follow-up.
