NDIS pricing changes: 2025-26 to 2026-27

When service dates cross pricing periods, the same support item code can have different National, Remote and Very Remote maximums. Compare the period that matches the service date.

Support item 01_011_0107_1_1 shows a 2025-26 National maximum of $70.23 and a 2026-27 National maximum of $73.58, with Remote $103.01 and Very Remote $110.37 in the current period represented in VeriPlan's published snapshot.

Do not substitute today's date when the selected pricing period is missing. Resolve the period from the service date, then compare.
