Reviewer checklist

Check the legal or trading name, ABN format, contact details and invoice reference.

If an ABN is supplied, verify it using ABN Lookup rather than treating a well-formed number as active.

If the authoritative source is unavailable, record the check as unavailable - never silently treat it as a pass.
